2019-20 GCC SouthCentral Regional Meeting at UT Austin

Join your SouthCentral Region GCC colleagues at the University of Texas at Austin on January 30-31st. While there is no registration fee for the regional GCC meetings, you must be a paid member to attend (please pay your annual membership dues before you register for the regional meeting). 8:30 – 9:00 am – Breakfast
9:00 – 9:20 am– Welcome & GCC Updates
9:20 – 11:00 am – Show and Tell (an opportunity for you to share one resource, challenge, program or opportunity from your campus). This will be brief and additional details will be shared with attendees at a later date
11:15am -12:00 pm - Present your PhD to a 12 year old Project with Dr. Greg Clark
12:00-1:30 – Lunch
1:30-2:15pm - Roundtable Discussions
Supporting Under-Represented and First Generation Graduate Students
Experiential Learning & Internships
2:30-3:15pm - Roundtable Discussions

We have secured a GCC group rate at the Hotel Indigo for $139 per night for 1/30-2/1/20.
The group code for phone reservations (512.481.1000) is GCC and the online booking link is GCC Regional Conference
Reservations must be made by 12/30/2019
Valet parking is available at an additional $40 per night
The hotel is located downtown, and you will need to arrange for travel to UT Austin
