2017 Conference Program Proposal

2017 Conference Proposal Submission Form

Dear Fellow GCCers:

The 2017 GCC Houston conference planning committee invites program proposals for conference sessions for the June 2017 conference.

A longstanding hallmark of our organization is sharing of ideas and resources amongst our members. This year, we ask for your presentation proposals for 50-minute workshops or sessions. Remember that our organization continues to grow exponentially and unfortunately we will not be able to accept all proposals due to space constraints.

In addition to member-generated program sessions, we will ALSO hold a poster session as a major networking event during our conference, which will allow all members to share best practices or success stories.

We include posters in this call for programs, and will continue to encourage members to create and present posters in future advertisements. (Please note: for those who are new to posters, we will email full details on how to create a poster online, and for all who wish to participate in the poster session, we have identified options that will allow for your poster to be delivered and waiting for you at the conference venue!)

We are looking forward to your program and poster proposals!

Deadline for program proposals is March 17, 2017.
Deadline for poster proposals is May 19, 2017.

With best regards,

Program Proposal Co-Chairpeople
D’Anne Duncan (danne.s.duncan@vanderbilt.edu)
Tatem Oldham (toldham@austin.utexas.edu)

Poster Session Chairperson
Lisa Gardner (lisa.gardner@utsouthwestern.edu)

(and the rest of the 2017 GCC annual conference planning committee)
