We invite you to register for the GCC's 2020 Virtual Conference! We feel that it is especially important to strengthen connections with friends and colleagues during this time. We’ve been hearing inspiring stories of the creativity and ingenuity with which GCCers are responding to the crisis and how we are able to support our graduate student community at this time. Please join us in coming together to share our work, how we’ve pivoted during this time, and advocate for our profession. This is an important time for us.

The core dates and times of the conference are: 

• Wednesday, June 24th 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm ET

• Thursday, June 25th 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm ET

• Friday, June 26th 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET

We will be organizing virtual dine-arounds and will kick off with a welcome reception on Tuesday June 23rd. A pre-conference on Tuesday, June 23rd will also be available for new professionals.

We will once again utilize Whova as our conference app, to organize content and to facilitate community building activities for the GCC. Once you register, you will then be given access to the conference in Whova.

Given financial considerations during this time, we are giving members an option of a sliding scale for registration to the 2020 Virtual Conference. Please select the amount you are able to and most comfortable with contributing. You have plenty of options in selecting how much to pay for the pre-conference ($0-10) and conference ($0-50). Please select ONE option during the registration process.
