The GCC-sponsored Virtual Career Expo (VCE) is a virtual recruiting and networking experience that connects graduate students, postdocs, and alumni from STEM, Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences with employers via the vFairs platform.
Building on Our 2026 Success
Last year, 760+ attendees from 48 GCC member institutions participated in the VCE, connecting and networking with 28 employer partners.
Building on that success, the 2027 Virtual Career Expo will take place on Wednesday, March 3, 2027, through vFairs.
Participate for FREE!
Once again, all GCC member institutions are invited to participate at no cost!
We simply ask participating institutions to:
- Provide 30 employer contacts or recruit two employers to participate in the VCE.
- Promote the VCE to your graduate students, postdocs/trainees, and alumni.
We make promotion easy! The VCE Committee will provide ready-to-use promotional materials and sample emails that you can share with your community.
The VCE is a simple and effective way to connect your graduate students, postdocs, and alumni with employers interested in recruiting advanced-degree talent while expanding career and networking opportunities across the GCC community.
