About our Keynote Address
Time Management Strategies to Enhance Efficiency and Well-being
Featuring Dr. Denise Saunders, PhD, Licensed Psychologist
In our roles supporting graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, sometimes our professional time management strategies are not enough, and we are left feeling burned out. This stress and burnout can sometimes spill over into other work duties and into our personal lives. Dr. Saunders will encourage us to think through our priorities and values, rather than productivity and output, sharing ways to provide energy to things we value and encouraging ways to take good care of ourselves.Featuring Dr. Denise Saunders, PhD, Licensed Psychologist
